Question 1: Can I get samples?Yes, certainly. We will provide the existing samples, Sample fee is refundable when you make an order from us.We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be convenient for both of us. If you don't have a relevant account, we will immediately create a link on alibaba and send you at the meantime, what you need to do is just make a purchase.Question 2: How long is the sample lead time?We could arrange the existing samples express delivery immediately, it will only takes 2 days into your hand. For any special samples requirement, we will contact you first, just wanna make everything in your expectation.Question 3: Can I customize my logo or any redesign the products?Yes, of course. The OEM is available. Multi-color available as well. We still have our own design team, who have 24 years design experience. We will do the creation in your requirement and promise to give you an impressive.Question 4:What about the warranty?We are very confident in our products, and we check every single piece and pack them very well, so usually you will receive your order in good condition.
