① The preheat of the corrugated paper is insufficient;

② Insufficient brake tension on the tissues;

③ Insufficient preheating cylinder temperature at start-up;

④ The pressure rollers are worn or not parallel;

⑤ Rubber covered rollers are worn, some of them are difficult to be glued, or there is a foreign substance entering between the gluing roller and the measuring roller.

⑥ The suction chute in the corrugated roll section is blocked and the guide board is worn.

Solutions:

① Increase the preheating area of the corrugated paper;

② Tighten the brake gate valve;

③ Wait for the temperature to rise to 180°C, then renew the paper and start the machine;

④ Replace grinding pressure rollers or adjust to parallel;

⑤ Replace the glue spreader and remove debris between the glue spreader and the dosing roller;

⑥ Clean the corrugated roller suction chute, corrugated sheet making machine, and replace the guide sheet.
