It did take a couple of hours at least.</p> <p>This desk is sturdy, has ample space, looks gorgeous, and has the quietest motor I've ever heard on a desk. I love that I can preset heights with the simple push of a button. I also give this company mad points for providing all the cord management I'd need for the standing computer desk<a href="https://www.fezibo.com/collections/standing-computer-desk">https://www.fezibo.com/collections/standing-computer-desk</a> . My boyfriend is pretty jealous as he put hours into trying to make his sit/stand desk pretty underneath and had to buy a ton of extra things for it.</p> <p>I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat. Completed assembly yesterday. Took me approximately 1 hour by myself. I am pretty good at this (engineer) so your time might vary. I highly recommend using a drill instead of hand screwing, as does the directions. There were a couple screws and bolts that needed a screw driver to get leverage for, but nothing that was out of the ordinary. Also, according to the directions, having a standing desk<a href="https://www.fezibo.com/collections/standing-desk">https://www.fezibo.com/collections/standing-desk</a> or work space next to you to assemble the frame for the motors helped. I would recommend this desk to colleagues. I have (2) 27" curved monitors and my laptop, and this desk supports all of that with plenty of room to spare. I also appreciated the cable tray provided. I would recommend you purchase some zip ties as well to tidy up all the connections if you have as many as I do.
