The y swing check valve is also called a one-way valve or check valve, which is used to prevent medium backflow in the pipeline. The opening and closing parts are opened or closed by the medium flow and force to prevent the medium from flowing back. The valve is called a check valve. Check valves belong to the kind of automatic valves, which are mainly used in pipelines where the media flow in one direction. Only one direction is allowed to flow to prevent accidents. Valves of this type shall generally be installed horizontally in pipes.

1. Product Description
The y swing check valves are used in pipelines with a nominal pressure of PN1.6-6.4 MPa and working temperature of - 29-550 C in petroleum, chemical and thermal power stations.

Applicable medium: water, oil, steam, and so on.

The y swing check valves refers to the valve that automatically opens and closes the disc depending on the flow of the medium itself to prevent medium backflow, which is also known as a check valve, one-way valve, counterflow valve, and back pressure valve.

The check valves are an automatic valve that is used to prevent the backflow of the medium, the reverse of the pump and drive motor, and release of the container medium.

Check valves can also be used in pipelines to supply auxiliary systems where the pressure may rise above system pressure. Check valves can be divided into swing check valves (rotating according to the center of gravity) and lift check valves (moving along the axis).

2 Main Structural Characteristics
The y swing check valves adopt the structure of the internal rocker y swing. All the opening and closing parts of the valves are installed inside the valve body and do not penetrate the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and ring used in the middle flange part, there is no leakage point, on the whole, to prevent the leakage of the valve. The y swing check valve rocker arm and valve disc connection adopt spherical connection structure, so that the disc has a freedom angle within 360 degrees, with appropriate micro-position compensation. The y swing check valves of Huande Steel Valve have been widely used in chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and other fields. Check valves are generally suitable for cleaning media, not suitable for media containing solid particles and high viscosity.
