Generally, the holders of AEO certificate get easier admittance to customs simplifications; are recognised as a secure and safe business partner; get improved relations with Customs and other government authorities; reduce the chances of loss of goods; get a lower inspection cost.

Second, the scale of the customs broker, the type of business they are good at, the professionalism and responsibility of the personnel, whether the customs broker can provide full service and the level of service for customers.

Third, what is the relationship between the customs broker and the customs? What is the reputation of the customs broker in the industry?

Currently, import and export companies choose customs brokers to consider whether they have a professional customs consultant team and a strong policy research team. Because the level of trade compliance of import and export companies will directly affect the convenience of import and export customs operations and cross-border supply chain operations.

If customs brokers can keep abreast of the latest laws and regulations and regulatory changes, carry out trade compliance risks, and help companies establish a strong pre-compliance internal control mechanism, regular post-event compliance audit mechanism, and trade risk handling plans to adapt and meet trade compliance regulatory and risk control requirements.
