(1) The contrast ratio of commercial projectors is much worse than that of home projectors
To put it simply, in the home projector, we can clearly distinguish the transition zone of light red, deep red and other color shades. However, in commercial projectors, areas with little color difference are often just a whole block of color.
(2) Different screen percentage and resolution
The picture of commercial projector is generally 4:3. Although many commercial projectors also support widescreen, the resolution is generally 720P, and the resolution of 1080P is already very high. But home projectors are all 16:9 widescreen. Among them, the resolution of mainstream models has already been popularized at 1080P,and 4K, which has a more fine picture, has also advanced by leaps and bounds.

2.How big is the room can I use the projector?
Because of the principle of projection, the projector needs to have a certain distance to release the large screen, and there must be a certain distance from the screen where the projector is installed. However, the projection distance of each projector will be changed due to different lens parameters. Ordinary projectors need about 4 meters to project a large screen of 100 to 200 inches.
What determines the distance between the projector and the screen is the projection size of the projector. Generally speaking, the larger the screen of a commercial projector, the farther the projector is from the screen. But today's home projectors can avoid this situation. In terms ofthe common 16:9 screen ratio, usually 1 to 2 meters can project a 100 to 200 inch screen. (1) Size
It is very important to choose the right projector according to specific conditions. If the living room is too small, short-focus projection is very convenient, which can easily project a large screen without a large projection distance. At present, some mainstream projectors on the market can easily project 100-200 large-size screens, even without large-sized rooms.
(2) Brightness
Watching overly bright projection screen for a long time will damage eyesight. In fact, in the case of low background light, 800 lumens projector can already meet the need. If you are not watching during the day or when the light is sufficient, 800-1000 lumens is fine. Even if the light is bright, a product of 1200 lumens is enough.
(3) Life span
The biggest loss of the projector lies in the bulb. The bulb life of projectors currently on the market is usually around 2000-5000 hours. After a period of use, the brightness will decrease significantly and the picture quality will also decrease accordingly. Just change the bulb on time.
(4) Resolution
If the HD resolution of 1280*720 is not reached, there is no basic picture quality condition. At present, the mainstream of home projectors is 720P and 1080P. The more refined 4K projector needs a larger size to play, and basically it cannot play an important role in the screen below 100 inches.
4.Classification of mainstream projector technologies

(1) 3LCD
In fact, LCD is divided into single-chip and three-chip. The single-chip technology is relatively backward, and the color and effect are poor. In contrast, 3LCD technology is used to decompose the light emitted by the bulb into three colors of red, blue, and green. The color reproduction is high. And the projected image is bright and soft, which can be viewed for a long time.
(2) DLP
The DLP projector has the advantage of reflection, with excellent contrast and uniformity, high image definition, uniform image, sharp color, disappearing image noise, and stable image quality. Accurate digital images can be reproduced continuously and they will last forever.
(3) LCOS
As a new display device, LCOS has many advantages such as large screen, high brightness, high resolution, and power saving. For image flicker and people with visual fatigue, LCOS has the highest refresh rate (120Hz) to obtain the smoothest image with the least flicker. LCOS is more balanced in all aspects, so the price is slightly expensive.
