4. The switch type electrical control method is relatively simple, while the adjustment type requires potentiometer or Hall element for feedback, which can be designed in combination with PLC or single-chip microcomputer.

The working principle of the damper actuator is that the micromotor rotates at a high speed after being energized. And then it is decelerated by the gear train, output with a certain torque and speed, and pushed the related damper by the connecting rod to realize the opening and closing of the air conditioner damper and the angle conversion function.

If the opening of the damper actuator cannot be maintained, it will cause the airflow velocity in the sublimator duct to fluctuate and further affect the technique indicators. To solve this problem, it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the working principle, operation and structure of the damper electric actuator, and conduct improvement to the electric actuator. In addition, add a manual control screen to the upper monitoring machine. By implementing such improvements, the technique indicators in production can be optimized.

The damper actuator is installed on the main shaft or auxiliary shaft of the valve through a square shaft adaptor or a cold-welded V-shaped clamping card. The teeth on the V-shaped card ensure a firm connection between the damper actuator and the valve. Due to the special design, the card will not damage the central axis of the actuator. The actuator can prevent the actuator body from rotating by installing an anti-rotation fixing plate or a bolt provided by the valve manufacturer at the bottom. When being installed, the actuator should be put in the initial position and the valve should be closed. When the actuator is powered on, the motor runs and opens the valve, which tighten the built-in spring. If the power is interrupted, the spring will drive the valve back to its original position.
