A physical online gas analyzer. According to the principle that different gases have different heat conductivity, the content of some components in the mixture can be calculated by measuring the thermal conductivity of the mixture.

This kind of online gas analyzer is simple and reliable, suitable for many kinds of gas, and it is a basic gas analyzer equipment. However, it is difficult to directly measure the thermal conductivity of gas, so in fact, the change of thermal conductivity of gas is often converted into the change of electrical resistance, and then measured by electric bridge.

There are two kinds of thermistor elements in the thermal online gas analyzers: semiconductor sensitive element and metal resistance wire. Semiconductor sensor has small volume, small thermal inertia and large resistance temperature coefficient, so it has high sensitivity and small time lag.

The ball shaped metal oxide is sintered on the platinum coil as the sensing element, and then the same platinum coil with equal internal resistance and heat output is wound with the non-reactive material as the compensation element. These two components are used as two arms to form the bridge circuit, that is, the measuring circuit.

Installation of equipment

• The water quality testing instruments should be well grounded (the voltage between PE and N is less than 10VAC, and the voltage between L and PE shall be 220±22VAC), and connected with the equal potential of the digital acquisition instrument (the voltage between the digital acquisition instrument and the instrument housing should be about OV). Otherwise, it may lead to electrification of the instrument housing, abnormal operation and abnormal data transmission.

• The power supply voltage range of the instrument is 220 ± 22VAC. When the voltage is unstable, it is recommended to install UPS or AC voltage regulator. Unstable input voltage is easy to burn out the power filter, resulting in abnormal power on of the instrument.

• Three pipelines (water inlet pipe, water outlet pipe and overflow pipe) shall be installed for the pretreatment of the instrument. See the installation requirements in the user manual for details. Excessive water pressure may cause damage or leakage of water sample valve, which may lead to equipment failure.

• The power supply of the sampling water pump shall be independent of the power supply of the equipment. See the wiring diagram in the user manual for details. Wiring errors will lead to uncontrollable sampling water pump and even burn out water pumps and circuit boards.

Normal operation

Before power:

Check whether the peristaltic pump is pressed firmly; Check whether there is liquid in the digestion tube; Check whether the display screen is damaged or not.

Start up:

First, take a bottle of pure water (choose Wahaha or C'estbon bottled pure water, or pour out the zero sample delivered with the instrument), put all reagent tubes and zero sample tubes into it.

Cleaning pipeline:

Service bucket conventional bucket flushing; (Repeat this operation 3 times) Note: do not start the sample preparation, otherwise it will lead to cracking of the digestion tube. After rinsing, dry the reagent tube with paper towels and insert into the reagent. Note: Put the reagent tube about 1cm away from the bottom of the reagent bottle before sample action of the instrument (including calibration).

Initial loading liquid:

Service "normal" initial loading liquid (repeat this operation for 2 times), after which, prepare for testing.

Calibration:

First, the combined action measurement (six times of zero sample measurements and B times of standard sample measurements) shall be carried out: when the instrument is digested, do not open the door! After the combined action measurement is stable (the light intensity fluctuation of the last 3 sets of data is less than 200), the calibration is carried out. If it is unstable, the cause should be analyzed by multi parameter water analyzer and calibrated after stabilization.

Routine maintenance

Reagents are prepared in strict accordance with the user's manual

Regularly check the amount of waste liquid in the bottle to collect and treat in time to avoid the waste liquid overflow.

Regularly check whether the reagent is discolored or turbid, if any, immediately remix the reagent and replace it. It is recommended to replace the whole set (including reagent bottle).

Regularly check and tighten the connector (especially the connector connecting digestion module, channel valve and relief valve).

Regularly check the sampling pretreatment, if it is found that the interior is dirty, it should be removed in time and washed with clean water.

Clean the fluorine tube of the metering module regularly. If the cleaning is not clean, please replace it in time.

The monitoring principle of the analyzer is mainly based on enrichment technology of atmospheric particulate and beta ray attenuation method. The instrument concentrates on particulate matters whose aerodynamic equivalent diameter is smaller than 2.5/10μm on the rolled filter membrane. The instrument adopts low-radiation 14C as a radioactive source. The emitted Beta-ray passes through the filter membrane with contaminants and will be received by the detector. Working Principle of CEMS System (Gaseous Pollutants)
Classification of online monitoring methods for gaseous pollutants:
1. Extractive continuous monitoring (dilute sampling method, direct sampling method)
a. Dilute sampling method: collect flue gas and remove dust, and then use clean zero gas to dilute the dedusted flue gas according to a certain dilution ratio to reduce the concentration of gaseous pollutants, and introduce the diluted flue gas into the analysis unit for concentration analysis
b. Direct extraction and sampling method (heating pipeline method): Insulate the dedusted flue gas through the heating pipe to keep the flue gas without dew condensation, send it to the drying device for dehumidification, and then send it to the analysis unit for concentration analysis.

Overview
Hygronom is also called moisture meter, gas moisture meter or dew-point meter, which is used to measure the humidity of flue gas emitted by pollution source. Overview

Overview
EM-5 series flue gas analyzer is a series of self-developed gas analysis products for online gas analysis of domestic as well as foreign environmental protection and industrial control. Based on UV Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS) technology and chemometrics algorithm (PLS), it is able to measure the gas concentration of SO2, NO, NO2, O2, NH3, Cl2, O3, H2S, Ch3 and etc. With features of high measurement accuracy, high reliability, fast response time, wide application scope, it can be widely applied in occasions of environment online monitoring, industrial process control, safety monitoring and etc.
Depended on years of flue gas analyzer research experience and combined with practical experience of thousands of successful application cases, the analyzer has derived multiple types (standard type, low emission type, ultra-low emission type, and customized type) to meet different index requirements in different working condition.

UV DOAS technology. The optical technology platform consists of a light source, gas chamber, optical fiber and spectrograph (including the diaphragm, a holographic grating, linear array detector) and other optical components.

Ultraviolet light emitted by light source enters the gas chamber by an optical window and absorbed by measured sample gas flowed through the gas chamber. The light carrying sample absorption information will be gathered by the lens and coupled into an optical fiber and then transmits into spectrometer through fiber. After light splitting and photo-voltaic conversion, the gas absorption spectrum is obtained.

The corresponding component concentration in the gas can be calculated by analyzing the spectrum.
Note: the difference among standard analyzer, low emission analyzer, and ultra-low analyzer is the different optical path length of gas chamber: for standard analyzer, it adopts dual lens collimation system with 0.25m optical path; for low emission analyzer, it adopts multiple return structure with 1m optical path; for ultra-low emission analyzer, it uses white cell structure.

The monitoring principle of the pm measuring device is mainly based on enrichment technology of atmospheric particulate and beta ray attenuation method. The instrument concentrates on particulate matters whose aerodynamic equivalent diameter is smaller than 2.5/10μm on the rolled filter membrane. The instrument adopts low-radiation 14C as a radioactive source. The emitted Beta-ray passes through the filter membrane with contaminants and will be received by the detector. The detector is composed of a photo-multiplier tube (or Geiger detector), plastic scintillator and counter. The thickness of enrichment can be analyzed quantificationally according to Beta-ray energy that detector received, then the PM2.5/10 concentration in the air can be calculated.

Hair humidity meter gauge

The length of hair and some synthetic fibers varies with the relative humidity of surrounding gases: the longer the relative humidity is, the longer the length is. Using this principle, a hair hygrometer can be made. When the length of synthetic fibers changes with the change of relative humidity, the position of the pointer will be changed by mechanical transmission mechanism. The hygrometer has simple structure and is widely used in meteorological measurement.

Lithium humidity meter gauge

The hygrometer has a thin layer of lithium chloride coating on its surface, which absorbs water vapor from the surrounding gas and conducts electricity. The higher the relative humidity of the surrounding gas, the higher the water absorption of lithium chloride, and the smaller the resistance between the two electrodes. Wet-dry bulb humidity meter gauge

Usually, a wet-dry bulb hygrometer consists of two glass thermometers located adjacent to each other. One of the thermometers is wrapped with a nylon mesh and the other end of the mesh is immersed in water. Due to the capillary effect, the mesh sleeve around the thermostat is always in a wet state. When water evaporates on the surface of the mesh sleeve, the heat absorption decreases the temperature of the mesh sleeve.

Thus, the temperature indicated by this thermometer (called wet-bulb thermometer) is lower than that indicated by another thermometer (called dry-bulb thermometer) without a net cover. The lower the relative humidity of the surrounding gas is, the faster the net sheath evaporates water, and the greater the temperature decrease. According to the temperature difference and the dry bulb temperature, the relative humidity of the surrounding gas can be found from the reference table attached to the instrument. The hygrometer has simple structure and is mainly used for meteorological measurement and indoor air humidity measurement.
