In general FCDP type’s cage is pin-type. Both FC and FCD type can bear axial displacement in two directions and bearings can usually apply in the free end. For continuous conticaster, ZWA’s circular ring roller bearings and spherical roller bearings work together to meet the high temperature working condition. ZWA has become a professional China bearing supplier of many world famous steel companies home and abroad.

Mill stands in rolling mills includes several components and systems. All of them have to face high temperatures, high loads and other harsh working conditions. For hot and cold rolling mills, ZWA provide effective support for work-rolls, back-up rolls, galvanized rolls to ensure safe and efficient performance of the whole rolling mills. ZWA-Supplier of the Largest Mining Equipment Producer in the U.S.A(2021年)

With the continuous improvement of quality and service, after two batches of trial order, ZWA becomes the only CHINESE bearing supplier of the largest mining equipment producer in the U.S.A. Before this, their suppliers are limited to SKF, TIMKEN, and FAG, It’s a milestone for ZWA to offer bearings for mining fields.

On June 5th, ZWA delivered the first batch scale order from this customer and those bearings will serve on vibrating screens. Besides this order, another batch of scale bearing order for cone crushers is in production.

The types of ball and roller bearings application experience gained over the past 16 years provide ZWA with the development and production of technological value-added bearings, especially in steel, mining, and cement industries, where it is recognized by OEM customers as a preferential china bearing supplier among the top bearing manufacturers.

ZWA keep improving the bearing quality and elevate the bearing precision, especially for the bearings applied in steel, mining, cement and paper making.

On August 14th, ZWA cleared a whole container steel cages from the custom. Those steel cages are imported from Harsha Engingeers who is also the cage supplier of those top bearing brands. In this container, the cages are mainly for vibrating screen bearings, including the type 22322CCJAVA405 and 22332CCJAVA405.
