The proportion of unicorns in the logistics industry has expanded

According to the list, the five industries most affected by unicorns are corporate management, financial services, retail, healthcare and logistics. The logistics industry will account for 4.4% of global unicorns in 2021, an increase from last year's ranking.

In the past few years, the logistics industry has attracted a large number of innovators with technology and capital, but few companies have withstood the test of the market. And those companies that have withstood many tests are beginning to usher in a "payback period." Accenture’s survey of Chinese unicorn companies this year found that, from the perspective of average valuation, the valuation level of unicorn companies in the field of logistics and transportation is far ahead.

Among the top ten new global unicorns on the list, companies from the logistics and express delivery field accounted for 4 seats (including J&T Express), becoming the most noteworthy industry for incubating unicorns.

There are a total of 31 logistics companies on the list, 14 of which are from China. Among them, 6 domestic logistics companies including Fuyou Truck, Didi Freight, and SF Express are on the list for the first time this year. Fuyoukache is the only trunk road freight platform from mainland China in the "2021 Global Unicorn List".
