1. Precision ball bearings should be installed in a dust-free and clean environment. The bearings should be carefully selected. The spacers used for precision ball bearings should be ground. On the premise of maintaining the same height of the inner and outer rings, the spacers should be parallel. Degree should be controlled below 1um;

2. The high-speed ball bearing should be cleaned before installation. When cleaning, the slope of the inner ring should be upward, and the installation should be flexible without stagnation. After drying, inject the specified amount of grease. If it is oil mist lubrication, a small amount of oil mist oil should be added.

3. Special tools should be used for the installation of ball bearings to ensure uniform force on each part. It is strictly forbidden to knock during the installation process, or it is strictly forbidden to have a large force on a certain part.

4. Ball Bearings should be stored in a clean and ventilated environment with no corrosive gas and relative humidity not exceeding 65%, and precision ball bearings should be regularly rusted for long-term storage.
