アンタッチャブルの漫才について：
・ネタ作りは，設定を決めて，まず柴田がツッコミを先に作り，山崎がそれに合わせてボケを考える。そしてその山崎のボケが面白かった場合柴田がメモをする，という作り方。
・2人とも覚えるのが嫌いという理由で，ネタ作りでは一字一句台詞を決めるようなことはなく，要所要所のキーワードだけを決めている。その他の細かい言い回しなどはアドリブで行なう。しかし，本番前のネタ合わせは繰り返し綿密に行なわれている。そのためか，山崎のボケで柴田が笑ってしまう事もあり，一度山崎の顔芸が柴田のツボにはまり漫才が続行できないほどになったこともある。（「目撃者」のネタで柴田が「ちょ、一回戻ろうよ、やり直す」と仕切り直したことがある）また、「出産」のネタのように山崎のボケの意味がわからずに柴田のツッコミまでに時間がかかる場合もある。
・早いテンポでのボケ・ツッコミともに，非常にハイテンションでの漫才を展開している。漫才のツカミの例として山崎の強引なネタの入りに柴田がしぶしぶ付き合う，柴田の自然なネタの入りに山崎が乗ってこない，仕方なく乗った柴田の役が予想外なものなどのパターンがある。
