日本郵政株式会社(日本郵政グループ)特殊会社として営業開始(但し株の凍結は現状維持で開放は無期延期)
(2012年10月20日)郵便事業株式会社と郵便局株式会社が統合され現行の5社体制から4社体制へと再編されます。なお、日本郵政株式会社の株式については、2011年（平成23年）11月30日、第179回国会において可決・成立した「東日本大震災からの復興のための施策を実施するために必要な財源の確保に関する特別措置法」により、政府は、復興債の償還費用の財源を確保するため、日本郵政株式会社の経営状況、収益の見通しその他の事情を勘案しつつ処分の在り方を検討し、その結果に基づいて、できる限り早期に処分することとされています。-公式サイトより引用-
現在安倍政権の意向は不明だが東日本大震災の復興を優先する為に民営化はしたが株の開放は無期延期するみたい。つまり現時点では日本郵政株を財務大臣が100%所持し民間に開放しない純血国営企業のまま維持されるという事らしい。
