三和ホールディングスの仏子会社「ODCF」が破産申請

東証1部上場のシャッター大手「三和ホールディングス」は、アメリカの連結子会社「オーバーヘッド・ドア・コーポレーション」の子会社でフランスのランスに本拠を置く「ODCF」が7月5日付でランス商事裁判所へ破産申請したと発表しました。

2009年に設立のODCFは、フランス国内でアメリカ製ガレージドアの組立・販売を手掛けていたものの、欧州経済の低迷によりガレージドアの市場環境が厳しいことから、事業の再建を断念し今回の措置に至ったようです。

負債総額は750万ユーロ（約9億6000万円）の見通しで、連結業績への影響については現在精査中とのことです。
