安倍総理が衆院選で国防軍創設を公約

その中の外交・安全保障分野では、憲法改悪によって自衛隊を「国防軍」として位置づけるほか、海外での武力行使を可能とする集団的自衛権の行使を盛り込んだ「国家安全保障基本法」の制定を明記するとしています。

また、外交では、官邸の司令塔機能を強化するとして米国にならって国家安全保障会議（NSC）を設置するほか、自衛隊の人員・予算の拡充や、領海・領土問題では、領海の警備強化と尖閣諸島への公務員の常駐で現状変更することを公約としてはっきり打ち出しました。

この中で、集団的自衛権の行使とは、日本が外国から侵略や攻撃を受けたときの「自衛」の話ではなく、軍事同盟を結んでいる相手の国＝アメリカ合衆国が攻撃を受けたとして戦争をする時に、共同で戦争行為に参加することです。

集団的自衛権の行使について、公約の原案では「一部を行使可能にする」と書かれていましたが、安倍総裁が「行使を可能」とするなどさらに中身を強めました。
