The intelligent welding solution for the steel structure is composed of a laser sensor, a host control unit, a CUTEWELDER software system. Compared with welding only by robot, with our solution, the user just needs to enter the feature parameters of the workpiece. Then the steel tracking system will guide the robot as an eye to tracking and correcting the path of the robot to realize intelligent welding. With our system, the shape of the welding is pretty, and the pass rate can reach 10% to 30%. The operation is easy and no need to repair after which lower the cost greatly.
