How Does Laser Seam Tracking System Work?
The relative fixed position of the laser sensor and the welding torch is fixed, so the sensor can scan the seam from the workpiece and extracts the feature of the seams. The seam information is processed at high speed by the host control unit, and fed back to the industrial robot to realize real-time correction of the path and ensure that the welding seam is accurately clad on the joint.
