The intelligent welding solution for the pressure vessel is composed of a laser sensor, a host control unit, a CUTEWELDER software system. With our solution, the user just needs to enter the feature parameters of the workpiece. In the meantime, the image algorithm inside the CUTEWELDER software system can also shield the interference of the joints, adjust the welding process automatically. Therefore, our solution can help weld accurately even the torch is changing all the time. This intelligent solution supports many tracking ways, such as laser tracking. The accuracy of the tracking weld can reach +-0.1mm. Moreover, the solution can be used for high-reflective workpiece such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy and polished metal, etc.
