Sodium Lignosulphonate CAS 8061-51-6 Industrial Grade

Sodium lignosulphonate is made from sulfite pulping waste liquor processing under chemically modified form, with medium molecular weight and low sugar content. Used as concrete admixtures, features of low ash, low gas content and strong adaptability for cement, the most significant feature is no precipitate in the liquid admixture which compound with naphthalene high-performance water reducer. It has sodium lignosulphonate powder and sodium lignosulphonate liquid.

1.As cement, concrete water reducer
At present, lignosulfonate is one of the most widely used water reducers. The use of lignosulfonate as a water-reducing agent for cement and concrete can not only greatly improve its fluidity and plasticity, but also greatly reduce harmful pores and enhance the compressive strength.
2. Dispersant, flocculant and corrosion and scale inhibitor
sodium lignosulphonate is a kind of anionic surfactant with excellent performance, which can be used as dispersant and flocculant.
3. Sodium lignosulphonate in Oilfield chemicals
Because of its special molecular structure, lignosulfonate is widely used in oil field chemicals and is often used as surfactant for tertiary oil recovery, drilling fluid treatment agent and water blocking agent.
4. Sodium lignosulphonate in Synthetic Resin
Lignin is often used as a base renewable material for the synthesis of polymer materials, resins and adhesives.
5. Sodium lignosulphonate in Polymer material
Lignin and its derivatives can be mixed with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and other olefin polymer materials to improve the stability, strength and photolysis properties of the materials. The mechanical properties of rubber can be improved by adding lignosulfonate to rubber as a reinforcing agent.
6. Sodium lignosulphonate in Agricultural fertilizer
Sodium lignosulfonate can not only be used as a pesticide dispersant, but also can be used as a wetting agent, complex agent and fertilizer agent, widely used in various aspects of agriculture.
