一、the description of structure
The machine adopts 3-roller symmetrical structure with the upper roller moving vertically in the center between the two lower rollers, which is achieved through the drive of the screw, the nut, the worm and the lead screw, the two lower rollers, and provides the plate materials with torque through the engagement of the output gear of the moderator with the fear of the lower rollers. The machine is the overall structure, the working section and the main transmission section are all installed on a rigid welding base. It is convenient to installation and adjustment.
1. the working section
It is composed of the upper roller device, the lower roller device, the upper roller down-pressure device, the balance device, the reversing section ,the frame and chassis.
1-1 the upper roller device
It is composed of the upper roller, the bearing block,SF-2 composite bearing and so on.
1-2 The lower roller device(45#)
It is composed of the lower roller ,the input gear of the lower roller, SF-2 composite bearing and so on.
1-3 the upper roller down-pressure device
It is composed of the motor, the reducer, the worm agency,the screw and the nut rising and falling agency and so on.
1-4 the balance device
It is composed of bearing, screw, adjusting nut and so on.
1-5 the reversing device
It is composed of reversing frame, handle, resellers and so on.
1-6 the frame and chassis
The frame and chassis are all welding pieces, dealing with annealing and removing stress.
2. the main transmission section
It is composed of the main motor, the main reducer, connecting axis, the output gear and so on.
3. the electrical control section
It is composed of control cabinet, stroke control device and so on.
