● heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: quenching, the first 880 ± 20 ℃, the second 790 ± 20 ℃, oil cooling; tempering, 150-200 ℃, air cooling.
Metallographic structure: martensite.
Delivery status: hot rolled or forged steel shall be delivered in hot-rolled (forged) or annealed state. Cold drawn steel
is delivered in annealed condition.
