Potentially boosting your team's morale

(2019年11月15日)

Press conferences, a characteristic that used to include a few button presses with little to no idea, are more detailed and more significant than ever before.Your created manager will sit down in a desk and take questions from the press before and after matches. You will field questions on many different topics, from the next competitors, previous game, particular players and, needless to say, yourself.Fans of Football Manager will know about such conventions, and EA have no doubt taken inspiration from Sports Interactive here. The benefit over FM, though, is that you may really see your supervisor while answering the questions, that's something that can not be overstated.

Obviously, you can skip those, but you would miss out on potentially boosting your team's morale and, let's be honest, a little fun.If you're doubting EA's devotion to such developments, this is exactly what the folks behind FIFA mobile needed to say in their new additions. "Our vision was to breathe fresh life to the Manager Career experience by leveraging the huge amounts of data that playing this manner generates and construct a variation of ever-changing tales that would surface to our players via Pre and Post-Match Press Conferences and Player Conversations. These are not just general story lines that we set together to mimic credibility. These are stories assembled based on player progress which each participant will be able to interact with and affect the morale of the team and their standing as the group's supervisor."

It's not just the press now you can speak to, however, the players also. Again, these will likely be skippable, but doing so will likely hurt the morale of the participant in question along with the group for a whole. This appears like it's cut and pasted from Soccer Manager, but it is still something I am looking forward to seeing and the developers have detailed how this mode will play :"Player Conversations will mainly function as 1-on-1 interaction between the manager and players within the team via a messaging app-like interface. Within both, you will have the ability to choose the way in which you handle a large variety of scenarios, and, based on your methods, either positively or negatively affect player morale as well as your rating as a supervisor"

The degree of detail you can enter when designing your supervisor previously wasn't the best, but that's all about to change. As you may have been able to tell from the ginger manager in some of the promo shots, there is a real customisation tool available to you.Every physical feature, in the lips, to the ears and even the eyebrows can be edited to seem like you (or somebody else, the decision is yours). There's also an expansive wardrobe to pick from, you may even go to your Tony Pulis baseball cap, if that type of apparel takes your fancy.Long late too is that you can create a female avatar, which makes the game more inclusive to female players. There's a large amount of"firsts" and expansions in career mode this season, and there might be more revealed closer to launch date, such as current players becoming supervisors during Career Mode.
