MMOexp: The Madden NFL 24PA plans to renew

(2024年05月31日)

A Minnesota Judge has ordered that the Madden NFL 24 Players Association lawsuit filed on behalf of Tom Brady be transferred to Manhattan, according to Daniel Kaplan of SportMadden 24usiness Journal. According to the Madden NFL 24PA sues the Madden NFL 24 for Brady trying to overturn his suspension of four games which was handed down on Tuesday by Madden NFL 24 due to the role he played in DeflateGate, which was upheld upon appeal to the league on Tuesday.

The moment Brady's suspension was announced, immediately after the announcement was granted, the league filed a request to an federal judge in New York to affirm Goodell's decision. As the application was made before then, the Minnesota judge ordered the transfer. United States district judge Richard Kyle made a statement that "This judge sees no reason for this move to take place at all in Minnesota," according to Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports.

"Indeed the court is of the view that there is very little reason why this dispute to be commenced in Minnesota at all," says Kyle, via Garafolo. "Brady plays for a team from Massachusetts The Union is located in Washington, D.C.; the Madden NFL 24 is based within New York; the arbitration process took place in New York and the award was handed out at New York."

The Madden NFL 24PA plans to renew its lawsuit against Madden NFL 24 immediately on Thursday, in Manhattan, according to Albert Breer of the Madden NFL 24 Network.

However, this doesn't mean that Madden NFL 24 will win the case, by any means however the league certainly felt strongly enough about filing first in a location of their choice that they think it could make a difference. Making sure your case is heard in a place that has even a chance of being more favorable to your argument could be considered a major win.
