Outdoor WPC decking is loved by many customers because of its superior environmental performance and quality. So what problems should be paid attention to in outdoor WPC decking construction?
1. Outdoor WPC decking can use ordinary woodworking machinery to cut, saw, drill, and tenon.

2. Fix the plastic wood keel on the floor with an expansion tube. The distance between the fixed points of the expansion tube is 500mm-600mm, and the screw cap is lower than the surface of the wood keel. The wood keel needs to be fixed as a whole.

3. Self-tapping screws can be used for fastening between WPC deckings. Stainless steel self-tapping screws are recommended for outdoor use. Self-drilling and self-tapping screws should be used for WPC and steel plates.

4. When using self-tapping screws to fasten between WPC deckings, the hole should be pre-drilled. The diameter of the pre-drilled hole should be less than 3/4 of the screw diameter.

5. When installing outdoor WPC decking, one screw on the left and right should be used between the plastic wood profile and each keel.

6. The junctions of outdoor WPC decking and keel are all connected and fixed with plastic buckles.

7. A layer of special foam plastic should be laid between the floor and the ground to cushion and reduce sound.
