WORKING PRINCIPLE

Laboratory ultrafine grinding classifier is a kind of small laboratory equipment specially developed by our company for colleges and universities and scientific research units. The equipment is small in size, compact in structure and convenient in disassembly and assembly.

Using fluid dynamics numerical simulation software to calculate the appropriate flow field, breaking through the particle acceleration technology, greatly improve the crushing efficiency, reduce the energy consumption over crushing small.

CHARACTERISTICS

The fineness of processing strength reaches 1-74um, and the particle size distribution is narrow and there is no large particle;

● Materials collide with each other for crushing, can process Mohs hardness 1-10 materials, wear is small, the product no iron pollution;

● Reasonable cooling flow field, due to the sharp expansion of air flow in the crushing process, the air flow temperature is reduced, so it is particularly suitable for the processing of heat sensitive, low melting point materials;

● Optimize the structure of the equipment, improve the performance of the equipment, can be effective dispersion and dissociation of agglomerative ultra-fine powder, polymer;

● Original collection flow field technology, can obtain good crushing efficiency and strict particle size cloth, crushing particle size can be arbitrarily controlled between 1-74um, very fine up to sub-micron level, small material loss, can realize the crushing cavity material basically completely crushed, little participation, equipment wall without dead Angle, easy cleaning, fully in line with GMP standards;
