Reciprocating compressors have the advantages of low noise and high efficiency, and they are currently widely used in petrochemical and natural gas industries.

The working principle of reciprocating compressors:
Reciprocating compressors are generally composed of several parts, such as working cavity, crank connecting rod, auxiliary system, etc. The crank connecting rod is the most critical transmission part as well as the main power supply component, which can realize the conversion of reciprocating motion and complete the exhaust and suction process of the reciprocating compressors.

The work of reciprocating gas compressor can be divided into four parts:

The first is the expansion phase.

The movement of the piston causes the volume in the working cavity to increase. At the same time, the high-pressure gas remaining inside will collide. But during the time the air valve is closed and only the pressure is small enough to a certain extent before it opens.

The second is the inhalation phase.

The air valve is opened under the influence of the pressure difference. The volume of the working cavity increases at the same time, and it continuously sucks gas.

The third is the compression phase.

The piston runs in the reverse direction, and the volume of the working cavity decreases. The air valve is still closed when the working cavity pressure increases, so the gas will be compressed.

The fourth is the exhaust phase.

When the pressure of the working cavity is greater than the pressure of the exhaust pipe, the gas will be discharged.

Bengbu Aipu Compressor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2002 relying on such location advantages which is one of the best oil and gas compressor manufacturers.
