And the influence of spindle speed on axial force is less than the influence of feed. As the feed speed increases, the feed distance of the drill bit per unit time is whipped, and a larger tear is easily formed on the exit side. In addition, the processed surface quality of the hole wall is basically not affected by axial force.

3.According to the empirical formula of drilling force and exit tear length, the drilling force and exit tear length can be predicted when drilling process parameters are selected to ensure that the drilling force and outlet tear length are within the allowable range.
