1. Storage of ultrasonic flaw detector machine
After use, the ultrasonic flaw detector should be cleaned on its surface, and then placed in a dry and airy room, instead of environment with direct contact with sunlight, rain, oil, corrosive gas.It should not experience strong vibration or thrust either. Do not distort or press the probe wire. Grasp the end of the plug when pulling and inserting the connecting wire.
2. Power supply method of ultrasonic flaw detector machine
(1) When using ultrasonic flaw detector machine, AC and DC power supply are generally adopted. When the DC battery voltage is too low, the flaw detector machine will give an audible alarm. The warning notice will be at lower left corner of the ultrasonic flaw detector screen. When the bat value of battery power is less than 10, it is recommended to save the data as soon as possible to avoid data loss; or plug in the charger to charge the battery. The machine should be turned off in charging. Otherwise, the ultrasonic flaw detector machine will shut down automatically and lose test data. Please use the charger attached to the ultrasonic flaw detector machine to charge the battery. It can work normally when charging. Charging means that the battery of the instrument enters into the self-protection state due to the low battery. In the battery protection state, the machine will not be able to be turned on, and the battery needs charging in this case. Plug in the charger plug to the machine charging socket, and plug the charger into the AC 220 V/50 Hz socket.
(2) Note: if the above plug steps are exactly followed, sometimes the ultrasonic flaw detector machine can not be charged normally. After plugging in, please check the charging indicator to ensure that the charger indicator turns red and enters the normal charging state; when the charger indicator turns green and the battery is normal, it means that the charging is completed. When the ultrasonic flaw detector machine is not used for a long time, please charge the battery once a month, which can prolong the service life of the battery.
(3) Use lithium battery. We have installed a large capacity lithium-ion battery in the ultrasonic flaw detector machine, which can continuously support the machine for more than several hours after it is fully charged. If it needs to work continuously for a longer time, we can also provide a set of spare batteries. With the increase of charging and discharging times, the continuous working time of lithium battery may decrease, which is a normal.
Select proper ultrasonic flaw detector probe and sensitivity test block according to the flaw detection method determined.
If the instrument has not been used for a long time, it should be charged once a half month.
