The heat treatment process is (820±10) t:, heat preservation is lOmin, and then quenched in 10NaCl aqueous solution; at (560±20) 1C, heat preservation 90min, air-cooled tempering treatment , The measured hardness is within the range of 25~30HRC, which meets the hardness requirement of quenching and tempering.

The equipment used is GP100, which uses simultaneous heating and water spray cooling. After tempering, the hardness of the tooth surface quenching is measured between 40~50HRC. The product quality is stable, which meets the production needs and product technical requirements.
