Instrumentation is a measuring instrument to monitor and control process changes. It is an artistic and scientific measurement and control of process variables in a production, laboratory or production area. A process instrument is a device that measures a physical quantity, such as flow, temperature, level, distance, angle, or pressure, and generates an electrical signal standard analog signal 4 to 20 mA or _10v process control.

Feejoy process instruments like capacitive water sensor and magnetic water flow meter are used in water/sewage treatment and industrial manufacturing facilities to measure the pressure, horizontal flow, pH, turbidity, conductivity, temperature, humidity, force, processes in speed and other variables. A liquid or material is processed or made to flow or pass through the system.

Control system engineering of industrial process instrumentation is used for process automation. Variables (inputs) measured by electronic instruments including electronic water flow meter and then various mechanical or electrical controls (outputs) are adjusted to achieve the desired effect, or maintained at a certain process set point.

A simple example: Add waste liquid to the tank to adjust its pH value, and then discharge it. Add chemical reagent (acid or alkali) to increase or decrease the pH value. An instrument called pH analyzer (or PLC) monitors the pH value. This value is compared to a set value and a signal is an output to the pump to increase or decrease the amount of reagent applied. The feedback loop used in this way continuously maintains the correct discharge pH regardless of the pH of the waste stream entering the container
Feejoy is a professional turbine flow meter manufacturer, we provide level gauge transmitter, magnetic float level transmitter and etc. Want to know more, please contact us.
