According to the materials, it can be divided into natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Key points of design and selection:
1) the vibration isolation design elements of water pump unit shall be calculated according to the pump model and specification, speed, system quality, installation position, load value, frequency ratio requirements and other factors. The frequency ratio of vibration isolation of the water pump unit should be 2-5, and the place with high vibration isolation requirement should be taken as high value.
2) the horizontal water pump is generally equipped with rubber isolation mounting feet. When installed on the floor, it is better to use multi-layer series rubber isolation mounting feet or damping spring vibration isolator.
3) rubber vibration isolator should be used for a vertical water pump.
4) the supporting points of the vibration isolation elements shall be even, but not less than 4. The model, specification and performance of the vibration isolation elements at each supporting point of a water pump unit shall be consistent.

Key points of construction and installation:
1) the installation of water pump vibration isolation can be carried out according to the National Architectural Standard Design Atlas 95ss103 vibration isolation and installation of a vertical water pump and 98s102 vibration isolation and installation of a horizontal water pump.
2) the floor where rubber isolation mounting feet are placed shall be flat and free from ponding, so as to avoid contact with acid, alkali, organic solvent and other substances. Directly on the floor, not fixed.
3) before construction and installation, check-in time. During installation, the static compression deformation of the vibration isolation element shall not exceed the maximum allowable value.
4) if there is serious damage to the rubber isolation mounting feet and the ageing time is exceeded, it shall be replaced in time.
