Founded in 2000, JC forging is a professional manufacturer of precision forging parts. The company's main product is die mold forging parts, including but not limited to forged hydraulic cylinder bottoms, forged hydraulic cylinder end cap, forged hydraulic cylinder earring, and forged clevis, forged trunnions and other custom forged parts. We also have hydraulic motor spool valve, hyd cylinders for sale and so on.

The waste heat treatment can directly use the heat of the forging to perform the hot forging process after forging. In other words, that can omit the process of reheating the forging after forging and before heat treatment. There are several ways of hot forging process.

1. The forgings are treated by waste heat uniform temperature after forging. The forging formed is directly sent to the heat treatment furnace. According to the conventional hot forging process, the temperature of different parts of the forging is equalized, which can shorten the holding time.

2. Direct heat treatment with waste heat after forging. Forging and heat treatment can be combined closely by using forging waste heat directly, which can save a lot of energy consumption and waste caused by reheating of common heat treatment.

3. Part of the waste heat is used for heat treatment after forging. The forging formed is cooled to about 600-650℃ and then heated to the required temperature for heat treatment. This method can refine the grain size and reduce the energy consumption of heating forgings from room temperature to 600-650℃, which is generally suitable for forgings with high grain size requirements.

A large number of application examples show that the forging factory can reasonably control the cooling parameters of forging after forming. After heat treatment, not only the microstructure and properties of forging can reach the level of ordinary heat treatment, but also the forging has good process stability and reproducibility.

Forging industry is a big energy consumer, and the hot forging process accounts for 30-35% of the total energy consumption of the whole forging production. And the energy problem is related to a sustainable development. Therefore, using forging waste heat for hot forging process treatment has obvious advantages in energy saving, consumption reduction and efficiency, which not only saves energy, shortens the process flow, but also protects the environment.design-mold.jpg
