(PTC), was established in March 14, 1991 as an independent company responsible for the continued development of cargo transport and its allied services such as: general shipping and port agency, freight forwarding, cargo consolidation, brokerage, NVOCC, breakbulk agent, warehousing, trucking, vessel chartering, and ship brokering.
