インド政府 200GWの太陽光発電システムを公共施設に導入

世界の再生可能エネルギー（2）：
インドが狙う太陽光発電、ゼロからコスト重視で
計画の骨子は、2020年までに20GW、2050年までに200GWという累計導入量だ。初期段階として、2012年までにインド政府が公共施設に100MWの太陽光発電システムを導入することになっている。
2020年時点の太陽光発電の姿はこうだ。まず、系統連系した発電所（メガソーラー）を12GW設置する。次に家屋の屋根に設置し、系統と連系させる。これが3GWだ。この3GWは日本国内の太陽電池の利用方法とよく似ている。
これ以外に地域で閉じた系統に接続しているものを3GW。最後に、分散電源として機能するものが3GWある。これは各戸ごとに閉じたシステムだ。これらは日本ではほとんど見られない利用法だ。
以上の取り組みの結果、2000万世帯に太陽電池を使った照明を提供でき、太陽電池を使った暖房が多数の家屋（2000万m2）に行き渡る計画だ。
