上海
(2011年08月15日)お盆休みを兼ねて上海に行ってきました。
食い倒れツアーになったので
完全に食べすぎました。
1日平均5~6食は食べていました。
去年も行ったのですが、今回の方が美味しかった。
前回は上海かにツアーだったのですが、日本で食べる
料理の方が美味しかった。
今回はツアーに組み込まれないようなお店のチョイスを依頼。
佳家湯包の小龍包で蟹のやつがあるがこれが美味しい。
蟹系は2種類あるが1つは蟹風味とあり値段もびっくりするくらい違う。
1つは22元でもう一つは99元
ここのお店は地元の人ばかりだが明らかに蟹の小龍包が高いのでびっくりする。
ここのお店は向いに焼き小龍包のお店があるのだがおいしい。
がっ！熱いやけどをする。そして向いのお店に持って入ると怒られる。
もう一つは大腸面のお店。上海市盧湾区
ここは最高に美味しかった！
しかし注文方法がすごく難しい。
まず席を取ってから注文するのだが席も誰かの横にいて
空いたら取るという椅子取りゲームです。
でも本当においしかった。
誰が見ているわけではないが、上海に行ったらぜひ行ってください。
