The spiral duct machine adopts a combination of pneumatic and hydraulic power system, controlled by PLC, which is easy to operate. There are two ways of cutting: rolling shear cutting and synchronous plasma cutting. This equipment is composed of three parts: uncoiler, host and discharging platform.
 
1. Uncoiler
The uncoiler is a vertical feeding mechanism, which is mounted on the slide rail and driven by a small motor at the rear to adjust the feeding angle.
 
2. Host

Shaping roller: The steel strip is rolled in multiple passes; the feed roll can be adjusted left and right to adjust the size of the left and right flanging of the steel strip.

 Feed roller: It plays the role of feeding, and there is an oil cylinder below to tighten the material belt, and the pressure is adjusted by the electric contact pressure gauge.

Discharge plate: It plays a guiding role, and is equipped with a folding wheel, which folds the edge of the material belt.

Coiling part: It includes forming head mold, closed wheel. The closed wheel can be raised and lowered, and can also be fine-tuned left and right.

Cutting part: Cutting is synchronously tracked by rolling shear or plasma, and the stepping motor drives ball screw drive with precise control.

Control part: Including electrical system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system.

3. Discharge rack
The discharge rack has an automatic function of turning over and mixing driven by a cylinder.
