Gas storage tanks,also known as pressure vessels,are devices designed to store gas and stabilize the system prssure.Industry also known as buffer tank,also plays a cooling,water removal role.
According to the pressure of gas storage tanks can be divided into high pressure gas storage tanks ,low pressure gas storage tanks,atmospheric pressure gas storage tanks.According to the different materials of gas storage tank: carbon steel gas storage tank,low alloy steel gas storage tank,stainless steel gas storage tank.
Gas storage tank(pressure vessel)is generally composed of cylinder body,head ,flange,pipe,sealing element and bearing parts and components,In addition,it is also equipped with safety devices,meters and internal parts to complete the functions of different produciton processes
Air Storage Gas Tank Features of products:
1. Compressed gas is completely sealed from outside, which provides high sealing performance; the compressor of high sealing performance is specially suitable for use to compress gas in radioactive area of nuclear power plant and highly poisonous gas;
2. Owing to nonexistence of lubricant in diaphragm cavity, namely it is impossible for gas to contact any lubricant, there is no problem to compress to higher pressure the dangerous gas and oxygen, fluorinated gas and chlorine, etc;
3. Compared to the compressors of other types, gas will not be polluted by the particles produced due to abrasion of sliding parts, therefore, it is absolutely ensured the same purity of compressed gas as that of the gas when entering compressor. Therefore, it is suitable for high purity gas such as electronic gas, breathing gas and hydrogen used in fuel cell technology;
4.Diaphragm alarm device and low-pressure alarm of lubricating oil ensure safety and reliability of operation of compressor;
Carbon steel gas storage tanks can be divided into carbon steel gas storage tanks, low alloy steel gas storage tanks, and stainless steel gas storage tanks according to the different materials of the gas storage tanks.
