Q1.What’s your MOQ?

Usually speaking our MOQ is 3000 PCS, but sometimes maybe we have other order on hand, then it will be smaller, or if the bottle or jar is free gift for clients, the MOQ is 10000pcs. So MOQ can be negotiated.

Q2: Can I get some samples before place order ?

Yes, 1-2 samples will be free but the express freight will be collected.

Q3: How long does it take to make a sample?

 Normally, it takes 7-9 workdays to make a sample.

Q5: Do I need to pay deposit when the contract is done?

Yes, 30% deposit within 5 working days is required. Our delivery time is based on the date that your deposit is already on our account.

B: For OEM products, the delivery time is usually 30 workdays after your order confirmation and sample approval.
