Grade 9 titanium tube:

Grade 9(3Al-2.5V) titanium is an alloy consisting of 3% aluminum, 2.5% vanadium, and 94.5% pure titanium. This titanium alloy can be used in higher temperatures than commercially pure titanium grades 1-4, as it can be cold rolled with its excellent corrosion resistance capability its used in industrial, aerospace and sporting equipments.Final application in :

Our Gr.9 titanium tube are widedly used for bicyle frame,which can be bent at room temperature using standard bend techniques. It is routinely bent on a radius of three times the actual tube diameter. Moreover, thin walled tubing requires adequate support of the ID during bending. Because of the high strength and low modulus of this alloy, springbuck is about twice that of stainless steel.
