Common faults and solutions of dump truck clutches

Fault 1: Dump truck clutch slips
Solutions: 1. Check the free stroke of the clutch pedal, if it does not meet the standard, it should be adjusted;
2. If the free stroke is normal, remove the clutch bottom cover and check whether the coupling bolts between the clutch cover and the flywheel are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened;

3. Check whether the coupling is seriously affected by the wear of the clutch plate lining. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced in time;
4. Check whether there is oil stain on the lining of the clutch disc. If so, remove it, wash it with alkaline water and dry it, then find out the source of the oil stain and eliminate it;

5. Check the oil return hole of the clutch master pump, and clear it if it is blocked;
6. If none of the above is met, disassemble the clutch and check the elasticity of the pressure plate spring. If the spring of the pressure plate is uneven, it should be replaced with a new one. If the elastic force is slightly reduced and the length difference is not large, it can be adjusted by adding or subtracting spacers under the spring.

Fault 2: Dump truck clutch ablation
Solutions: 1. Man-made reasons: the driver has poor driving habits and often "steps on or bears" his foot on the clutch pedal; the repairman or the driver does not adjust the clutch properly, and there is no proper clearance. In addition, the push rod of the clutch master cylinder and the Proper clearance must also be maintained between the master cylinder pistons.

Fault 3: The dump truck is not completely separated
Solutions: 1. The free stroke of the clutch is too large, and the diaphragm spring cannot be fully compressed when the pedal is pressed. The solution is to adjust the free stroke of the clutch;

2. The front and back of the driven disc are wrongly installed, causing the driven disc to still have friction with the flywheel. The solution is to reassemble the driven disc;

3. The driven disc is warped and deformed, so that there is still friction between the driven disc and the flywheel or pressure plate. The solution is to correct the driven disc;

4. The spline of the driven disc moves inflexibly on the input shaft of the transmission, resulting in friction between the driven disc and the pressure plate or the flywheel, which makes the clutch separation incomplete. The solution is to replace the driven disc.

Fault 4: Dump truck clutch pedal is heavy
Solution: Comprehensively check the separation master cylinder assembly and booster system, and repair or replace it in time according to different reasons.
