High Build Zinc-rich Primer
Epoxy high zinc primer is a two-component self-drying paint, composed of epoxy resin, special resin, zinc dust, additives and solvents, and the other component is an amine curing agent. The zinc epoxy paint is rich in zinc dust. Is the epoxy zinc rich shop primer resistant to high temperatures?
Epoxy zinc-rich primer can withstand a dry-heat temperature of 100-120℃. If high-temperature resistance is required, an inorganic zinc-rich shop primer should be used instead of an epoxy zinc-rich shop primer. It can withstand as high a temperature as 400℃.

What is the difference between shop primer and other primers?
The single-layer paint film (15-25μm) of the shop primer has the anti-rust ability for at least three months before the steel is assembled in the ocean or industrial atmosphere.

Shop primer does not affect the welding speed and quality, and strength of the weld.
