First: cassette handling

When the belt is stuck in the middle of the roller, or there is a foreign body that cannot be removed, remove the washer of the hexagonal nut, and loosen the two M5 countersunk screws on the middle connecting shaft, because these two screws are fixed on the connecting shaft. For the notch part, the screws must be turned on; remove the connecting shaft, pick up the upper turbine, and take out the jam. Finally, it can be assembled and restored according to the above method, pay attention to the gap between the nut and the L-shaped curved plate to maintain 0.3-0.5mm.

Second: Do not cut the tape after tightening

There are many situations that can cause this situation, such as: 1. The elasticity adjustment is too tight; 2. The slip sheet or the slipping belt has oil and must be removed to wipe off the oil; 3. The belt is too tight, and the belt drive seat is adjusted downward. Or adjust the motor backward;

Third: poor bonding effect

1. The temperature is too high or not enough, sometimes special belts have poor viscosity, and the temperature must be very accurate;

2. The voltage of paper edge board machine used is not enough. The voltage of many factories is often not enough. If you use extension cords or cables, it will cause a voltage drop, which will make the originally adjusted temperature lower, and even burn out when the motor is tightened, so try to avoid using cables. If you must use an extension cord, you must connect a thicker but not too long wire;

3. The electric steel sheet is too high or too low, or to the left or right, so it touches the upper and lower PP belts, or the left and right knives, and cannot enter the heating, which must be adjusted according to the situation;

4. The micro-fan for exhausting smoke is faulty, which makes the temperature too high.

Fourth: The automatic paper angle board machine does not output the tape

In this case, first check whether the "adjustment of the tape-out length" is at "0", and then check whether the threading process is correct; if not, check whether there is a foreign object stuck near the belt conveyor roller, which may also cause this situation.
