It is a female St. Bernard owned by Carla and Craig Richter (both are American), and the tongue was measured in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, USA on August 25th, 2016. Mochi was rescued by Richter's family when it was two years old. Its owner Carla Richter said, "We love it unconditionally, even though its crazy, long tongue makes people stare and laugh at."
