Liquid has impurities and lack of regular cleaning are the causes of blockage of the sprinkler head of the multispectral camera drone. So what should we do when we're stuck with a blockage of multispectral camera drone sprinkler head?

Cleaning Misunderstanding
Some drone pilots like to use metal tools (needle, blade) to clean the sprinkler head. Although the metal tool is easier to remove the blockage, it is due to the high hardness of the metal tool, which may cause damage to the sprinkler head, resulting in inaccurate flow or reduced atomization. This results in a situation that affects spraying effectiveness.

So Can We Use a Softer Piece of Paper?
When the multispectral commercial UAV camera drone sprinkler head is cleaned, the sprinkler head is generally wet. Although the paper sheet can be well embedded in the metal gap of the sprinkler head, when the tissue sheet is swollen and swelled, it is easy to get stuck in the metal gap, and the cleaning work will become more troublesome.

Correct Cleaning Method
After eliminating these two wrong choices, it is recommended to use a toothbrush for sprinkler head cleaning. The toothbrush bristles is capillary, brushed back and forth along the metal gap, and can easily extend into the gap of the sprinkler head to clean the drugs or impurities remaining in it. Moreover, the bristles are soft and won't damage the metal part of the sprinkler head.

We should use a soft-bristled toothbrush and clean the UAV drones for sale after normal use for reuse. When you work outside the hotel, you can take the hotel's disposable toothbrush. Although this toothbrush has a short service life, it can still meet the requirements of sprinkler head cleaning.
It should be noted that the sprinkler head should be removed from the aircraft before cleaning. Keep the sprinkler head moist when cleaning and use moderate force to clean. After cleaning, you can check the light source to confirm that the sprinkler head blockage has been completely cleaned.
