beggar's chicken, also known as Changshu beggar chicken and simmering chicken, is a traditional famous dish in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province. His method is to first brush the processed chicken with juice, and then use lotus leaves, lard net oil and layers of yellow soil. The package is finally thrown into the wood fire and simmered.
