The Application of Bearings in Cement

ZWA Bearing provide the bearings to cement plant covering crushers, mills, kilns to roll press etc.

For crushers, ZWA developed spherical roller bearings with special cage design. This design consolidate the cage and make the bearings’ performance better both in vibration and noise reduction.

For mills, including ball mill and vertical mills, ZWA produce big-sized spherical roller bearings for ball mills, single row or double row cylindrical, tapered and spherical roller bearings for vertical mills. Those bearings help the customers to reduce the friction & energy consumption, increase the production capacity, simplify the mounting and dismounting, absorb the inertial impact, reduce the maintenance time and increase the efficiency.

For Kilns, ZWA offer spherical roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings and tapered thrust roller bearings etc.

ZWA has advantage in 1.2 meter to 2.0 meter roll press, those spherical roller bearings has replaced many global name-branded bearings with their longer service life and excellent performance.
