Based on visual inspection technology, Intelligentlaser has developed a visual welding tracking system + parametric programming solution for corrugated plate. The intelligent welding solution for corrugated plate is composed of a laser sensor, a host control unit, a CUTEWELDER software system. With our solution, the user just needs to enter the feature parameters of the workpiece to plan the path of the robot. The sensor can also scan the weld and extract the information to locate the exact start and end point of the weld, which improve the efficient of working.
