As an Day One WoW Classic participant back. I am able to say. I quickly destroyed my life because of WoW Classic. I dropped out of college.... twice. Missing 3 jobs because of raids and"I wan na t perform more". General. But friendships and the memories I made in these years, still hold strong to this day. My buddy and I met in WoW Classic. Found out we lived in precisely the city. Met up after two years of internet play. We are still best friends to this day. We have families, lifestyles, jobs, and still play games online. While I had to quit cold turkey and fix my life. (First kid was due) I don't regret all those years of my life, dispite the bad decisions I made back then. I would really like to get to re-experience WoW Classic back now that I'm more mature and also have my priorities straight.

The classic experience from EQ especially, but WoW Classic as well, were all epic. No folks are basically bots to you. They do not matter. They are insta-queue-dungeon-spam nothings which come and go as you want. You may solo insta-queue everything and every thing else. Do not understand how he's CEO now. No one was asking for the BUGS and PROBLEMS out of WoW Classic engine and code from yesterday. They're asking for a harder game that needs socialization and coordination to play's EXPERIENCE with. Not a watered down sport which wipes your butt, puts food in your mouth and holds your hand so you do have to perform over simply spit to play it.

I really don't think it will triumph. It will not be a failure either. I have played since day 1 of vanilla. It is over rated. Needing to plan things, having to travel to far off areas on foot or on slow soil mounts, needing to create a set, playing server ppl that were only produced a community. . Not WoW Classic it self. I prefer today's WoW Classic as a match, but ppl from vanilla to hang . Now if I could discover the vanilla peeps I played with..now that's some thing to consider.I'm anticipating about 5-6 million. However, I think the end of this will proves right brack. I know it's a really popular opinion but as a business if they don't retain that 5-6 million brack will be right and classic will be regarded neglect for its investors.

WoW Classic back then was another experience. I know a lot of people are going in supposing it'll be just like the old days... but if you're hoping for a replicated adventure of your first time ever going to SM you either need amnesia or not played WoW Classic at the first location. The discovery portion isn't likely to be there. Your old friends might not be there.But... will there be people playing this? Most definitely. I will not unless something changes.
