What is bulk cement truck

Bulk Cement Truck, also known as powder material transporter, consists of a special automobile chassis, a bulk cement tank body, a gas pipeline system, and an automatic unloading device. It is suitable for bulk transportation of fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, granular alkali and other dry materials with particle diameter, not more than 0.1mm. Mainly used in cement plants, cement warehouses, and large construction sites, it can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor. The bulk cement truck is a special-purpose vehicle widely used in industry, agriculture, commerce, power plants, and construction.

Bulk cement trucks details

The bulk cement tanker body is mainly composed of a cylinder body, a feed end of the tank body, a fluidized bed, a discharge pipe assembly, an intake pipe and other accessories. There are two or three feed inlets on the top of the tank.

An intake pipe is provided in each of the fronts and rear air chambers of the bulk cement tanker, and the functions of simultaneous opening and individual control can be realized respectively through the ball valve.

The working principle of the system is as follows: the working power is taken out from the automobile gearbox, and the air compressor is driven by the transmission device, and the generated compressed air enters the air chamber through the control pipeline so that the powder material in the tank is fluidized. When the pressure reaches 0.196Mpa, the discharge butterfly valve is opened to realize unloading.
