Best Supply Chain is a leading integrated smart supply chain and logistics solutions provider. The project takes place in a warehouse that serves a famous fashion brand, and caters B2B and B2C businesses. During peak times the picking process represents a challenge for operators and the lack of inventory management makes order fulfillment complicated. The 2m high shelves don’t meet the expected storage density required by the customer.
